All of our ceramic work are handmade. Variations in size, shape, color and glaze consistency will occur.
Care and Use
Unless otherwise specified, it is safe to assume ALL pieces can go in the dishwasher and microwave! I recommend handwashing when possible as it is gentler and will prolong the life of your piece.
A Note About Handmade
Please note that each piece is handmade which may mean unique variations in color, sizing, and patterns. While I aim for uniform measurements, patterns, textures, and colors please know that every piece is unique and will show signs of being handmade. This is part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade items, you never know what exactly will come out of the kiln!
Shipping
Everything ordered between Monday at 10am CT to Thursday at 10am CT will be shipped out on Thursday. Everything ordered Thursday 10am CT to Monday at 10am CT will be shipped out on Monday. If you have any questions please contact me.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, exchanges will be granted only if the product arrives damaged. Every item is inspected before shipping BUT If an item does arrive damaged please send detailed photos of the situation within 48 hours of arrival. Please include a photo of the box it arrived in with all labels visible, and the broken piece.
